PTC-CSJ’s BS Marine Transportation Scholars Graduate at MMCL

PTC-CSJ Foundation is proud to share that its two B.S. Marine Transportation scholars, Cadets Jonnar Mina and Hanna Claire Samiano, graduated at the Mapua Malayan Colleges Laguna (MMCL) during the Commencement Exercises held on August 5, 2024, at the Philippine International Convention Center.

As members of Class 2024, Cadets Mina and Samiano are among the 23 graduates of MMCL’s Mapua-PTC College of Maritime Education and Training. Through the Foundation’s Nurturing Future Seafarers (NFS) – Batch 2 Project, the two cadets received full scholarship support during their second to fourth year studies at MMCL.

Cadet Samiano holds the distinction of being the Project’s first female scholar to graduate. The NFS – Batch 2 Project is supported by a grant from the TK Foundation Fund through the Orange County Community Foundation.
