As part of the PTC Group and PTC-CSJ Foundation’s commitment and advocacy to promote environmental awareness and conservation, the two affiliate organizations have pledged their support for the country’s first low emission hybrid buses operated by Filipino firm, Green Frog Transport Corp.
Several hybrid buses featuring the Foundation’s “Love Our Oceans” campaign now navigate the streets of Makati and Pasay. These eco-friendly vehicles can accommodate as many as fifty passengers per bus, providing a sustainable transport alternative for daily commuters.

The hybrids are powered by a sophisticated system consisting of an electric motor and a “euro 3” diesel engine. This combination allows the vehicles to emit significantly less particulate matter compared to typical diesel engine buses, directly contributing to cleaner air in urban centers.
