PTC-CSJ Foundation’s Executive Director Ms. Flory Tabio recently made a courtesy call to DepEd’s new Schools Division Superintendent (SDS) for Muntinlupa, Dr. Mauro C. de Gulan.

During the meeting, Ms. Tabio provided a comprehensive overview of the Foundation’s initiatives in Muntinlupa City over the past five years. She highlighted the success of the flagship Growing Good to Great Kids (3G) Program, which serves Bayanan Elementary School Main (BESM) and Lakeview Elementary School (LES).

She explained that the 3G Program utilizes a holistic approach to education, integrating nutrition enhancement, learning enrichment in arts and reading, sports development through baseball, and specialized training for both parents and teachers. Additionally, Ms. Tabio shared plans for the upcoming turnover of a new Kinder Classroom and Library to LES in June 2015, a project in partnership with the AGAPP Foundation.

Dr. de Gulan expressed his appreciation for the sustained support of partners like PTC-CSJ. He emphasized the importance of these initiatives having a concrete impact on student performance, specifically noting the goal of improving the National Achievement Test (NAT) results for the partner schools. The respective principals of BESM and LES assured the SDS of their continued commitment to elevating their schools' academic standards.
